Žuti list

BRING THE SOUTH WITH YOU!

In the extreme south of Serbia and the sunniest regions of our country, Žuti List was born. Our name shows respect for the south and our city – Vranje. The protective symbol of Vranje is yellow flowers, so the “Žuti List” proudly carried that color, as a representative of the best flavors of the south of Serbia.

For generations, the most delicious recipes of the south have been eaten in our house. We found those long-written recipes and decided to revive them. We picked the best that nature has to offer and created something unique for you.

It’s up to you to enjoy it!

WE BELIEVE IN QUALITY

Zuti List

Tastes may be debatable, but quality is not.

We prepare our ajvar exclusively from Kurtovska Kapija — a variety of paprika that is still carefully grown in the south of Serbia, under the watchful eye of hardworking owners. Thanks to its high sugar content, this pepper caramelizes during roasting and gives ajvar a distinctive, full flavor. No extras, no shortcuts. Just what every housewife would put in her kitchen.

That’s how we choose all the other ingredients — carefully, locally, honestly. Each Žuti List product bears the signature of our hosts — those who do not look for shortcuts, but believe in what grows naturally.

TRADITION WITH A TOUCH OF THE MODERN AGE

Zuti List

Our products may carry the spirit of a bygone era, but they are made for today’s moments — the ones we pause, enjoy and share.

There are Mediterranean and Mezetluk, as well as extra jams and healthy fruit spreads made from 100% fruit — only the best from nature.

Whether you share them with family around the table or with friends over conversation, we believe that tradition is not what stays the same, but what is lovingly passed on.

GUARDIANS OF TRADITION

In every spicy bite, there is a story about a special pepper – Kurtovska kapija.
It does not grow anywhere. Its seed preserves the south, its ripening is followed by the diligent hands of the host, and each fruit absorbs the sun, the earth and a love that is difficult to translate into words.
That is why our ajvar is unique – because it was not created in haste, but in respect.

Preserving it means preserving more than taste — it means preserving a part of the land, people and knowledge that is not found in books, but in the hands of our hardworking hosts.

Each jar hides their hard work, the sun of the south and time that we did not rush.
Because preserving tradition does not only mean preserving taste, but also preserving values.
